Issac What a powerful song ! Great lyrics, music , I must admit though I don't care for the effects on your Lead vocals! Your clear vocals & harmonies are powerful ! but when the synth vocals are added it takes away from  your wonderful vocals ! I really  Like the rap part ,Awesome ! Give God  all the praise! I  Hope and pray you are not offended at my comments , If you are I apoligize, but   i am just gving you my honest opion! God Bless !

James:

Thanks for positioning me as Bullet Song for the week! It's an honor to get some notoriety so quickly on Indie Gospel!  With this being the tenth anniversary of that tragedy in NYC, I'm hoping that people will listen and remember.

Ground Zero is also being used at the National September 11 Museum & Memorial at the World Trade Center in NYC.

Hi James

You're very welcome.  I featured "Rally Round His Banner" today, but we're having problems with members being notified by email at the moment.

God Bless you and Marty

Thanks James.  I was blessed to meet up with a talented producer and studio musicians who did the tracks.  I also found a great engineer in New Jersey who helped me master the CD.  I'm glad you're enjoying The Mission.

Be blessed,

ED

James, Happy to hear you like" Stand Up and Praise" from the cd "Father To Son" which was the first cd I released in 2002. I appreciate your interest and again nice work on your song "As I Approach Your Throne"

Thanks James.  Man, that song speaks to those of us who God told to go out and do His music.  It's tough to say the least, but we have Him always, even though we do get tired. Just press in and on!

Hi Buddy.........thanks again for the kind words. Yes Sir, Never Be The Same will be on the Remnant album, God willing.

"Growing" is an old Wayne Watson song. When I heard it, I could relate totally.  I hope I can do it justice.

Thanks James, I was really surprised when I found it out!  That started my 2011 New Year off right!  Right before I found out I was Jan.'s artist, I also won a free digital distribution pkg. from a major artist promotion site, as well as a free book on the music industry, so this was an added bonus!

I am thankful to God for the many blessings I already have in my life, and I am thankful for all of the new ones that are coming!  May everyone here on Indie Gospel be richly blessed this coming year, as they continue to put out music for the glory of the Lord! Praise be to God!

James, you are doing a great job on your Top Ten Songs here, by the way! Ken Rich has made this network a thriving, inviting and wonderful place to be for so many Christian Indie Artists, and I have seen the many new changes he has worked on, and I commend him on all that he has done here also!

I wrote this when I had my own automotive repair shop. I had to take a customer to work and she was witnessing to me about the Emmaus walk that I should go on and how awesome it was all the while she was using cuss words as a normal part of her vocabulary. She professed to be a Christian for many years but there was no fruit. She looked no different than the rest of the world to me, so I literally asked her if she had something I could write on as I dropped her off at work. I pulled away and when she was gone, I wrote the first verse to this song. She will probably never know. By the way I did do the Emmaus walk a few years later and loved it!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, James, and to all of Indie Gospel Artists members. We want to thank you for the honor and the privilege of being noticed and as messengers of God. Our goal is to "seek first His kingdom and his righteousness" and our prayer for all musicians and songwriters who praise God with their gifts and talents is to be blessed with many opportunities to continue to spread the Gospel to the sick and the lost.

Hey James;

The time I did these songs I was traveling and playing music that sold albums. My favorite artists are and were Allies, ( Bob Carlisle), Stryper, Petra, etc. My choice of music is Rock Blues and I play that style with original non recorded music which I am in the process of recording. I also like Chris Tomlin, Jeff Deyo and Darrell Evans. I have changed even the song Knocking on Heavens Door. I'm not knocking on Heavens door it's my home and I'll walk right in. I will probably do the cam thing and send you a couple originals.
