Avoid buying OEM SOFTWARE . It can only be install on one computer however you can keep installing the OEM SOFTWARE as many times as you please on the computer it was first install.

Once you install the {OEM} software it could only be use on your computer. Another downside to {OEM} is theres no Technical Support. Another downside to OEM if you have to replace parts on your computer there Is a posibility that your {OEM} application wont work. These are the downsides when you buy {OEM} ORIGINAL EQUITMENT MANAFACTURER.

As I stated, I rather buy a Full Version because of the benefits it brings. With the Full Version you have access to Microsoft Technical Support in addition you have access to Windows Updates which is very important for your PC. Remenber to set your PC to recieved updates from WINDOWS UPDATES & SET TO AUTOMATIC UPDATES . In addition you can install the Full Version as many times you want and if for any reason your computer needs to be trashed, you can always install the Full Version in another computer.
