The Claims Of Paul -
Introduction -
Let me start by saying that I am not of Paul. Paul was not crucified for me and it is not Paul whom I exist for. I am of whom Paul wrote, Jesus Christ. In Acts 9:15, it says that Paul was God’s chosen instrument. Jesus chose Paul to carry his name before the Gentiles and before the people of Israel. Paul claims that he brought God’s word to light in Titus 1:3. This was the right time, according to Paul.
Since this claim is…

1st Corinthians 3:8
The judgment seat of Christ is misrepresented by many pastors in this country. It is one of the most prominent and troubling teachings in the church. It attacks the finished work of Jesus on the cross, and causes false trepidation in the hearts of many Christians. I will prove that Christian rewards is a lie, and believers will not stand before Christ in shame, as this false teaching says.
The preachers who are purporting this are speaking useless and vain…

There are 3 kinds of people. Some are like barley, some are like wheat, and some are like grapes.
Barley people come to Jesus rather easily. The farmer takes a fork and throws the barley into the air. The evening wind blows the outer chaff away and the grain falls to the ground. These people hear how Jesus died for their sins and rose again and believe it. They do not need strong pressure to turn them to Christ.
The wheat people need God’s firm hand to believe. A flat board called a…

"As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in Him.” Colossians 2:6
Our challenge today!
Have you been Born Again? This passage is written to those that have been Born Again, those who have received Jesus Christ and are living a new life with Him. Why does he instruct those who have already received Jesus to walk in Him? Is there a danger that they might not walk with Him every day? Yes! The danger is real, although we are told to…

Few are the days that our fathers had to train us up. They did what they thought best, and for this, no one can blame them. But God always does what is best, and His instruction leads to sanctity. We participate in God’s holiness when God trains us. God begins training us when we believe in Jesus. We become Christlike when we have faith. Faith in Christ opens the door to God’s involvement in our lives. Without God’s tutoring hand, we are reduced to becoming man-pleasing, sin-loving people,…

THE TRUTH ABOUT PREDESTINATION
The teaching of predestination has caused centuries of division in Christianity. I have a verse that explains how we are chosen. I believe God put this verse in the bible because He knew how this teaching would be misunderstood and used in a wrong way. This verse contains the mechanism of how predestination works. Unless you are hardened in false doctrine, this verse should settle the matter once and for all.
I realize that there are many who will…

When you are confused, fix your thoughts on Jesus and the confusion will disappear. If you want to learn doctrine, or things pertaining to salvation, fix your thoughts on Jesus and become wise unto salvation. Do not merely glance Jesus’ way, but rather observe fully His Person and receive the strength and victory that only comes by grace. When you think of Jesus, you are really thinking of grace. Jesus means grace, for His entire purpose for living was to save the world. Many religions include…

"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our savior Jesus Christ;" Titus 2:13
Our challenge today!
We are taught all through our life to set goals and to strive to achieve the most that we can out of life. This is a good thing! The problem arises when our goals and achievements take away our focus from what matters. Each person has a different idea of what matters. What are you looking to achieve? What are you…
