Hello My Dear Family

Hello everyone! I am back after a bought with cancer. Our Lord kicked the devil's butt. hahahaha!!! But now I am back again, and I have to tell you how wonderful it is to be back. In the processs of my absent, I had a chance to seek, search and embrace the wonders of God.  I am in a place where wisdom needs to be used here. I am open to learn and listen to what God is saying to His Church. Spreading the Gospel is the most important thing we need to do.  I got into the History of the Church, and…See More

I was called to be a type of John the Baptist. I win souls for Christ, and I spread His Gospel. I am not ashamed of His Gospel, nor am I afraid. I talk to everyone about Jesus. This is what makes me happy.
About Me:
I am a 63 year old woman who is disabled, but God found a way for me to win souls for him by the Internet. I am very busy witnessing. I use my computer for God, and God only.

PRAYER
Prayer is a communication between a spirit and human being. Only through prayer, that one can communicate to the Spiritual realm. In Africa, our ancestors believed that one could receive something from the spiritual world if only he/she pray to their unseen deity. They value prayer in all their ways. There is no single day that they do not poor libation for their gods. Prayer is very important in their lives and they trained their children how to consort their gods through prayer. Even though they did not know how to approach the Supreme God, as we pray to the truth God today, they prayed to these lesser gods for solution. In John 4:24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth”. They believed that they were praying to the truth Spirit (God) until Jesus came to reveal the truth to us (the new generation). Mr 9:29 “And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting”. Therefore, you see prayer is very important in ones life. I believe that the fearful man on earth is a man of prayer (example David, Elijah, Elisa, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Peter, Paul etc are men of prayer). God loves anyone that communicates with him always.

Now that we recognize the truth God, He has asked as to call upon him. Meaning we must pray (communicate with him) in order for him to answer. “Jer 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not”. God want us to pray so that He can reveal things that we know not.

If God knows every thing, why we must pray or call upon him all the time before He answer? God want us to communicate with him and just remind him what we needs and wants (Adam conversed with God). Though he knows everything, there is a need to remind Him always. Reminding Him of our needs show how serious, we are in His presence. He said unless we come closer to him before He can answer our prayer (then He will come closer to us).

Why God sometimes ignore our prayers? Let us read the book of Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear”. This verse is telling us that God is ever ready to answer our prayers but there are some hindrances in our lives that blocks our prayers.
1. Isa 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear
2. Isa 59:3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
3. Isa 59:4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
4. Pr 15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
5. Pr 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
6. He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination
7. Mt 23:14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
8. Pr 21:13 Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.
9. Jas 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
10. NB: what we are asking is it in the plan of God? If it is not in His promise then remember there will be no answer from God.

Prayer moves with giving, whiles we pray we must fulfill God’s instruction given us. God loves a cheerful giver, there is no man of worth in the bible that only pray without giving. Before Abraham became a great nation (Israel) he gave even to extend that he was about to give the only son he has. When God loves someone everything that he ask he receive it. (2Co 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver).

We must always know that, our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake. God loves us and want us to be in touch with Him always. We must try to do his will as we implore.
1Pe 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
Jesus loves you so do I.
